Lately I've been feeling very stressed out. I am finishing my studies and will be graduating from university soon. In the meantime, I'm also uploading a workout video every single day on my YouTube channel (have you joined the 30 day challenge already?). It has been very difficult to me to balance everything and the stress is definitely showing on my body. I suffer from bloating, nausea and am extremely tired and unfocused all the time.
To unwind and relax my family and I booked a staycation near the ocean, to clear my head and breathe in some of that fresh salty air.
I enjoyed myself so much. Just being in nature, not worrying about anything for a minute. It's crazy how one weekend can make such a difference. I feel way more calm already and even my other symptoms seem to have become less apparent. I guess the sea really cures everything under the sun...
